• Conducted the representation of a Saudi Arabian bank in litigation arising from the alleged mismanagement of an investment fund.
• Conducted the representation of a Saudi Arabian bank in proceedings before the SAMA Banking Disputes Committee brought against it under a guarantee.
• Conducted the representation of a Saudi Arabian bank in proceedings before the SAMA Banking Disputes Committee brought by a client for the alleged mismanagement of the client relationship.
• Conducted the representation of the insurers of a Saudi Arabian bank in connection with proceedings brought against the bank for the alleged mishandling of a private placement.
