- Represented Jeddah Municipality in more than 100 disputes related to ownership of real estate, issuance of permits, expropriation and expropriation compensations, employment matters, general administrative and real estate law.
- Advised in connection with the review, verification and revision of the prospectus prepared in connection with a Sukuk issuance of Sadara.
- Represented an international fuel logistics company in connection with the enforcement of an arbitration award under the newly issued arbitration regulation.
- Represented Ventilation System Company Engineering with respect to sea freight and customs clearance dispute.
- Advised a Saudi bank with respect to issuing bonds and Islamic Sukuk.
