• Advised the Saudi Ethylene & Polyethylene Company (SEPC) in connection with a nine-year refinancing deal with a group of local lenders.
• Advised leading global aircraft leasing and financing company (GE) on the transfer of ownership and registration of aircrafts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Advised in connection a legal due diligence exercise in connection with a Sukuk issuance by Sadara.
• Advised in connection with the review, verification and revision of the prospectus prepared in connection with a Sukuk issuance of Sadara.
• Advised a leading Saudi Arabian family business in connection with the corporate restructuring of its global holding company.
• Advised a Saudi Arabian utilities provider on various commercial contracts.
