• Represented the previous liquidator of a Saudi individual on a case at Jeddah Board of Grievances.
• Advised an International soft drink manufacturer on litigation possibilities and soft drink sale price increase in Saudi Arabia.
• Advised and assisted in executing the share sale transaction of Tiger Global Management Company shares in Maktoob.com to Yahoo!
• Advised and assisted in drafting the legal prospectus of Alalamiya joint stock Company in connection with its IPO.
• Represented and assisted in Advising Dow Chemical on KAUST joint venture, and in obtaining Dow Chemical - Ras Tanoura project official licenses.
• Represented Saudi Chevron Philips in the capital increase, board expansion, and incorporation of its several joint ventures with Saudi Industrial Investment Group.
• Represented and won a judgment for a European oil company in a claim against a Saudi Joint Stock Company.
• Assisted and represented Red Sea Port Development – Red Sea Gateway Companies in incorporation and obtaining investment licenses from the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority.

• Advising Gucci on the Ministry of Commerce and Industry regulations regarding shop signs.
• Represented a Saudi Insurance Company in a dispute at the Jeddah Insurance Dispute Committee.
• Advised Fosroc regarding joint venture dividends distribution.
• Represented a European shipping company in signing a settlement agreement with the Saudi Presidency of Meteorology and Environment.
• Advised and assisted an American Company in finalizing their settlement with a Saudi group.
• Advised the charterers of the vessel Erin Schulte with Jeddah Customs Authority.
• Represented a client in connection with claims brought by investors before the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes in allegations related to the Mobily Company’s (Etihad Etisalat) shares. 
• Advised a European glass manufacturer, in connection with the licensing and incorporation of a joint venture company with a well-known Saudi Arabian conglomerate.
• Advised a US water desalination company in connection with incorporating a limited liability company in Saudi Arabia. 
• Represented a global pharmaceutical company in litigation against its former Saudi agent.
• Assisted a foreign manufacturer of medical devices with incorporating a trading subsidiary in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Represented a Joint Stock Company CEO on a wrongful termination claim at the Jeddah High Committee for Labor Disputes. 
• Represented a European Medical equipment company in enforcing a final judgement issued by the Jeddah Board of Grievances at the Jeddah enforcement court. 
• Advised and represented an American company in connection to merging subsidiaries and approvals from the Saudi General Investment Authority.
• Represented a European Shipping company in enforcing a final judgement issued by the Jeddah board of grievances on a Saudi Government entity. 
• Advised and represented the project company consisting of Marubeni, JGC, Itochu and ACWA Power in connection with the development, financing and operation of a captive IWSPP for the Rabigh refinery and petrochemical complex.
• Represented a ship owner and its liability insurers in a US$3.7 million marine environmental damage claim, the first such case under the new Saudi Arabian environmental legislation.
• Advised Chevron Phillips Chemical Company and its Saudi Arabian partner in connection with the design, construction and financing of a petrochemical facility in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
• Advised in connection with the review, verification and revision of the prospectus prepared in connection with a Sukuk issuance of Sadara.
• Represented an international fuel logistics company in connection with the enforcement of an arbitration award under the newly issued arbitration regulation.
• Represented Ventilation System Company Engineering with respect to sea freight and customs clearance dispute.
• Represented the owner of a vessel to reach a settlement with Presidency of Metrology and Environment and the Marine Emergency Mutual Aid Centre with regards to the impact of the explosion of the vessel.
• Advised charterers in connection with the release of an arrested vessel by the Jeddah Customs Authority.
• Represented foreign investors in incorporating, restructuring, and liquidating various joint ventures.
• Represented a pharmaceutical company in terminating agency agreement, and appointing a new agent.
• Assisted and represented several companies in connection with employment disputes.
• Advised and represented Dow Chemical Company in connection with the merger of two of its subsidiaries in Saudi Arabia.
• Advised and represented the project company consisting of Air Products, Saudi Aramco and ACWA Power in connection with the joint venture agreement, incorporation, financing and operation of an integrated gasification and combined cycle facility located within the Jazan Economic City. 
• Advised and represented the project company consisting of Marubeni Corporation and Abu Dhabi National Energy Company in connection with the joint venture agreement, incorporation and operation of an industrial operation and maintenance facility located in Khobar city.
• Advised and represented the project company consisting of Three shareholders in connection with the joint venture agreement, incorporation, financing and operation of a hydrogen production facility located within Saudi Arabia. 
• Advised and represented Dow Chemical in the share sale transactions of Arabian Company Latex and Arabian Company Polystyrene to E. A. Juffali and Brothers Group in Jeddah City.
